 Eligibility Criteria Minimum :-

• 1 year of documented experience in an International Voice Process
• Undergraduate candidates are welcome
• Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle international customer queries professionally via voice support

• Provide timely and effective issue resolution
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines
• Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
