• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries, requests, and concerns through calls and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify customer issues and resolve them efficiently while maintaining expected quality standards.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
• Document and record customer transactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately.
• Create and maintain follow-up requests and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.
• Complete required forms, reports, and record logs as per company processes.
• Follow established customer service procedures, quality guidelines, and company policies.
• Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved customer issues and requests.
• RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or other customer-support tools.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple customer queries.
• Customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Prior experience in customer care, BPO, telecalling, or voice process is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
