JOB DESCRIPTION – INTERNATIONAL FINTECH PROCESS
Position: Customer care Executive (Non-Voice)
Process: International Fintech – Non-Voice
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Graduation is mandatory
💼 Minimum 6 months of documented Back Office experience
🗣️ Excellent communication skills
📊 B2 English level or above
Candidates with relevant non-voice/back-office experience preferred
Shift & Schedule
📅 5 Days Working
🔄 Rotational Shifts & Week Offs
⏰ 10 Hours Shift
(9 Hours Login + 1 Hour Break)
Salary
💰 Up to ₹30,000 CTC – Flat
Preference

Key Responsibilities
Handle back-office and non-voice process activities
Process and maintain customer/account-related information accurately
Review and update records as required
Follow process guidelines and quality standards
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information
