Digital India Yug is looking for a motivated and responsible Trainer who can train, guide and manage team members and interns while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Role: Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for team members and interns.

Explain company processes, digital tools and work procedures.

Manage and mentor the training team.

Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.

Track individual and team progress.

Conduct regular meetings, feedback sessions and performance reviews.

Identify training requirements and prepare effective training plans.

Coordinate with management and different departments.

Maintain training records, attendance and performance reports.

Motivate team members and maintain a positive working environment.

Ensure team members follow company policies and quality standards.

Team Management

Lead and coordinate team members effectively.

Monitor daily targets and work progress.

Resolve basic team-related issues.

Support new employees/interns during onboarding and training.

Ensure proper communication between team and management.

 Skills Required

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong leadership and team-handling ability.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.

Ability to conduct engaging training sessions.

Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Previous training/team management experience will be an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills and performance.
