Job Title: Commis II Chef (Kitchen Lead / Line Chef)Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy culinary professional to take ownership of our fast-paced, high-volume cafe kitchen. We prefer an established Commis II, but are highly open to a motivated Commis III ready to step up and earn a promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scratch Preparation: Prepare all food items from scratch, ensuring freshness and readiness for service.
• Batch Management: Efficiently manage product batches and slots to optimize freshness and eliminate waste.
• Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Track raw materials daily; proactively notify vendors and order stock before it runs out.
• SOP & Consistency: Deliver every dish strictly according to SOPs, ensuring the taste and quality remain completely identical every single time.
• Hygiene & Standards: Maintain impeccable kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and operational hygiene.
• Workflow Control: Successfully manage heavy, fast-paced kitchen rushes with absolute composure and ownership.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a busy cafe kitchen environment.
• Strong desire to take charge and grow professionally.
