Cluster Incharge - Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise day-to-day operations of battery swapping stations within the assigned cluster.
2. Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of station related issues.
3. Maintain a minimum 95% uptime for each Battery Swapping Station under your cluster.
4. Continuously monitor station performance and address any downtime issues promptly.
5. Conduct regular audits of battery health, infrastructure, and electricity consumption, ensuring all data is accurately documented.
6. Submit timely audit reports to the central team for analysis and corrective actions.
7. Optimize battery transfer logistics across stations based on utilization and demand.
8. Work closely with the logistics team to implement cost-effective, timely transfers.
9. Carry out regular surveys and feedback sessions with riders, especially those using fleet-operated vehicles.
10. Capture and relay information on vehicle performance, operational issues, and rider satisfaction to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
11. Maintain consistent communication with fleet operators to ensure vehicle availability, maintenance coordination, and rider support.
