Position:Clothing Order & Packing Executive

• Job Responsibilities:Handle customer orders received through WhatsApp.
• Understand different fabric types and guide customers when required.
• Carefully verify and recheck product size, color, fabric, and order details before dispatch.
• Pack orders neatly and securely to ensure a great customer experience.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely shipments.
• Maintain accurate order records using basic computer applications.
• Respond to customer queries professionally via WhatsApp.

• Candidate Requirements: Good knowledge of clothing fabrics, sizes, and garment handling.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business for order management.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, or order entry).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in fashion, garment, boutique, or clothing retail.
