Job Description

कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • ग्राहकों को टिकट, सीट और स्क्रीन से संबंधित सहायता देना।
  • ग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और उन्हें सही स्क्रीन/सीट तक मार्गदर्शन देना।
  • सिनेमा हॉल एवं आसपास की व्यवस्था और साफ-सफाई का ध्यान रखना।
  • टिकट चेक करना एवं शो के दौरान आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान करना।
  • फूड एवं बेवरेज काउंटर पर आवश्यकता अनुसार सहायता करना।
  • ग्राहकों की समस्याओं का विनम्रता से समाधान करना।
  • कंपनी के नियमों का पालन करना।

योग्यता:

  • 10वीं / 12वीं पास।
  • फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
  • अच्छा व्यवहार एवं ग्राहक सेवा की समझ।
  • शिफ्ट में काम करने के लिए तैयार।
  • समय का पाबंद और जिम्मेदार होना आवश्यक।
