Hiring: Business Development Executive (Bidding Specialist) – Web Development

We are looking for 2 experienced Business Development Executives (Bidding Specialists) to join our team.

• Responsibilities: Identify and bid on web development projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer.
• Communicate with potential clients via chat, email, and calls.
• Understand client requirements and explain project scope, timeline, and solutions.
• Coordinate with the development team and clearly communicate project requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimations.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful projects.
• Ensure smooth project handover and maintain client relationships.
• Requirements: Experience in bidding for Web Development, WordPress, Shopify, PHP, Laravel, React, and related technologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and discuss solutions with clients.
• Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
