• Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day office administration.
• Manage customer orders and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and production teams.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Manage WhatsApp, emails, and customer communication.
• Ensure smooth office operations and timely task completion.
• Requirements:Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Organized and responsible working attitude.
• Prior administrative or back-office experience preferred.
