Job Description: Back Office Executive  

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month  

Employment Type: Full-time  

About the Role  

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily business operations. You’ll handle data, documentation, and coordination so the front-end team can work smoothly.

Key Responsibilities  

- Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain company data in MS Excel/Google Sheets with 100% accuracy

- Documentation: Prepare invoices, reports, emails, and maintain digital/physical files

- Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients for order processing and follow-ups

- Record Keeping: Track inventory, payments, and daily transactions; reconcile discrepancies

- Support Tasks: Assist with payroll inputs, attendance records, and basic MIS reports

- Communication: Handle calls and emails professionally for internal queries

Requirements  

- Education: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream

-Skills: MS Office proficiency, especially Excel. Good typing speed 30+ WPM preferred

- Experience: 0-2 years. Freshers with strong computer skills welcome

- Qualities*: Attention to detail, organized, trustworthy with confidential data, basic English & Hindi communication
