Assistant Warehouse Manager

Assist in managing daily warehouse operations.

Supervise warehouse staff and allocate work.

Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.

Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Handle documentation such as GRNs, invoices, delivery challans, and stock reports.

Train and guide warehouse staff to improve productivity.

Resolve day-to-day operational issues and report to the Warehouse Manager.
