We keep electric two- and three-wheeler batteries running at their best through fast diagnostics, efficient servicing, and dependable replacements, along with the supply of high-quality batteries.
By partnering with dealerships and local networks, and supporting customers with finance options, we're building strong on-ground support that reduces downtime and improves the EV ownership experience. With a growing presence in Indore and expansion across Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets, we're on a mission to become the go-to name for EV batteries and servicing in India.
The Opportunity
Own a territory and grow Battron's battery sales and financing business by converting and managing a network of dealerships. This is a high-ownership, on-field role for someone who loves sales, travel, and building relationships on the ground.
What You'll Do
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets through dealership conversions in your assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard new dealerships in high-potential markets to expand geographic coverage.
• Build long-term relationships with existing dealer partners — be their go-to person at Battron.
• Pitch and convert Battron's battery and financing solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
• Track competitor moves, dealer performance and local market dynamics; bring sharp field intelligence back to HQ.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports and territory reviews.
• Recommend and execute on-ground sales strategies that improve dealer activation and market penetration.
• Coordinate with internal teams — operations, credit, product — to ensure smooth onboarding and quick issue resolution.
How Success Is Measured
• Number of new dealerships onboarded per month.
• Battery units sold and financing volume disbursed in the territory.
• Active dealer count and month-on-month dealer productivity.
• Collection performance and portfolio health.
• Quality and timeliness of market reporting.
