Please Note: This is a Sales Profile involving Team Handling and Extensive Field Work.

Position Details-

Designation: Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM)

Maximum CTC: ₹4.5 LPA

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives, Foreign trips and Huge career growth

Age Criteria: 25 to 40

Qualification: Any Graduate (Degree Mandatory)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months of Sales Experience in Any Industry (Mandatory)

Location Preference: Candidate should be a local resident and residing within a 20 KM radius of the branch location.

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment of Insurance Advisors/Agents through personal networking, field activities, references, and social media platforms.

2. Facilitate IRDA licensing of agents and ensure successful completion of training programs with support from the training team.

3. Drive business generation through the recruited agents and achieve assigned sales targets.

4. Conduct joint field sales calls to support and mentor agents in customer acquisition and sales conversion.

5. Lead the team from the front, maintain high team morale, and ensure effective execution of business plans and objectives.

Compensation Structure-

• Fixed CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Based on Previous CTC and Overall Experience)
