Experience Required - Minimum 2–5 years in accounting, preferably in a wholesale trading or textile business.

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our wholesale textile business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST, and inventory-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain Purchase & Sales Entries

GST Billing, GST Returns & Compliance

Bank Reconciliation

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Ledger Verification & Reconciliation

Daily Cash Book & Bank Book

Inventory & Stock Accounting

E-way Bill Generation

TDS Entries & Compliance

Monthly MIS Reports

Vendor & Customer Account Reconciliation

Coordinate with CA during audits and return filing

Maintain accurate financial records

Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP

Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

Good understanding of GST, TDS & Accounting Principles

Experience in Wholesale/Trading Industry preferred

Good communication and organizational skills

Honest, detail-oriented and responsible

Preferred Experience

Textile or Saree Wholesale Industry

Handling high-volume purchase and sales invoices

Inventory accounting

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Working Hours - 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM
