Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Trademark Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients, explaining trademark registration services, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding trademark registration services.
Explain trademark, copyright, GST, and ISO certification services to customers.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for client documentation and application processing.
Requirements
Minimum 24 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
Experience in trademark, legal, compliance, or consulting services is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email,).
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
