Telecaller

Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.

- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into site visits and bookings.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide prompt resolutions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site visit targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).

- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- 12th Pass or Graduate.

- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
