Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably dealing with mechanical products and serving the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, customer-handling skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Promote and sell industrial and mechanical products to pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on enquiries and purchase orders.

Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.

Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, order processing, production, and timely delivery.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and regular follow-ups.

Identify new customers, market opportunities, and potential projects in the pharmaceutical sector.

Required Qualifications

Education: B.E./B.Tech/ Deploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales.

Experience in mechanical products is essential or strongly preferred.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or handling pharma customers is highly preferred.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Basic technical understanding of industrial products and their applications.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
