Job Title: Credit Manager (Secured Loans)

Location: Indore, M.P.

• Key Responsibilities:Assess and evaluate loan applications for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and MSME Loans.
• Conduct detailed credit analysis, financial assessment, and risk evaluation of customers.
• Verify customer income, banking, business, and property-related documents.
• Review creditworthiness and recommend loan approvals or rejections as per company policies.
• Coordinate with sales teams, customers, and operations for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential credit risks.
• Maintain accurate credit records and prepare credit assessment reports.
• Support the achievement of business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Banking, or a related field.
• Experience in credit underwriting, loan processing, or credit assessment preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
• Good understanding of Home Loans, LAP, and MSME Loan products.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, credit policies, and risk management practices.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
