Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Officer (Secured Loans)
Location: Indore, M.P.
Experience: 0–3 Years
Salary: Best in Industry (15k - 50K) + Attractive Incentives + Growth Opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and MSME Loans.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Experience in banking, financial services, DSA, or loan sales preferred.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
