Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Floor Manager to oversee daily sales operations, manage team performance, and ensure the achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising advisors, maintaining discipline, monitoring productivity, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the sales floor.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Track leads, conversions, and revenue generation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Resolve operational issues and provide guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with HR and management regarding staffing and performance matters.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in team handling or sales management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Experience in financial services, stock market
