## Key Responsibilities

* Campaign Management: Strategy, setup, and optimization of paid ad campaigns.

* Lead Generation: Driving high-quality leads for luxury property sales.

* Foot Traffic: Creating hyper-local campaigns to drive garage walk-ins.

* Content Creation: Writing copy and designing basic creatives for social media.

* Analytics: Tracking ROI, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and monthly performance metrics.

## Key Requirements

* Platform Expertise: Proven success with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

* Targeting Skills: Deep understanding of custom audiences and hyper-local targeting.

* Industry Experience: Prior experience in real estate or automotive marketing is a big plus.

* Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics.

* Language: Fluent in Hindi and English.
