Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Salary: ₹7,000 per month
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Approximately 4:30 Hours)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries.
- Assist customers regarding orders, payments, delivery status, and app-related issues.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
