Job Role

We are hiring Customer Care Executives (Telecalling) for a calling-based customer support process. Candidates will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide assistance professionally.

Note: The interview process will decide the department/process selection (Airtel DTH, Beetel Broadband, or MNP UP) based on performance and suitability.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

✅ Age: 18 Years & Above

✅ Communication Skills: Good English communication required

✅ Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Skills Required

Good communication and customer handling skills

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and confidence in speaking

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on interview performance)
