Job Description
Customer Support Executive – Job Responsibilities
candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries over phone calls in Hindi, providing accurate information, and resolving customer issues professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Hindi.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Job Details
- Process: Hindi Voice Customer Support
- Mode: Voice process (customer interaction over calls)
- Shift Timings: 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, or 11 AM–8 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shift Duration: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break
- Communication: Good Hindi speaking skills
Suitable for candidates who have good Hindi communication skills, patience, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle queries over the phone.
