Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies clearly.
- Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Update customer information in CRM or company systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Active listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work with CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi is an advantage
