Deputy Manager - Engine Assembly and Testing

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Manpower cost control by improving line productivity.
• Cost reduction initiatives covering scrap, consumables, and manpower.
• Departmental budget planning and monitoring.
• Improvement of SPR (Shop Performance Ratio) to > 90.
• Defect data analysis and implementation of effective countermeasures.
• Market complaint analysis, resolution, and continuous monitoring.
• Leading the assembly manufacturing team to achieve PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale) targets.
• Ensuring delivery of products as per production plan.
• Coordination with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors for continuous improvement.
• New product establishment and smooth implementation into mass production.
• Adherence to training schedules for both workers and staff.
• Daily manpower management by resolving conflicts and disagreements.
• Inspiring and motivating the workforce and reviewing performance of subordinates.
• Gap analysis of production loss, quality loss, and equipment breakdowns.
• Synchronization of parts across different models to ensure smooth production flow
