Chef : All Rounder

We are looking for an experienced All Rounder Chef who can prepare a variety of cuisines, maintain food quality standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. The candidate should be skilled in food preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes across multiple cuisines.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards as per company guidelines.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Monitor stock levels and place requisitions when required.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Knowledge of Indian, Continental, Tandoor, and other cuisines preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
