Position: Warehouse Management Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Management Executive to manage stock availability across all stores, ensure timely stock procurement, coordinate warehouse activities, and manage warehouse staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and update stock availability across every store on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of available, sold, and required stock.
• Identify stock requirements and pre-order products to avoid stock shortages.
• Ensure sufficient stock is available based on store requirements and upcoming orders.
• Handle and supervise a team of 2 warehouse staff and assign daily responsibilities.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure maximum productivity and efficiency from the team.
• Manage and coordinate all orders received from the company, ensuring they are processed and dispatched correctly.
• Coordinate with stores and internal teams regarding stock requirements and order fulfilment.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, packing, and dispatching of products.
• Conduct regular stock checks and identify any shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization and ensure products are stored safely and systematically.
• Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Report stock status, shortages, upcoming requirements, and warehouse performance to management.

Eligibility & SkillsGraduate

• Undergraduate with relevant warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse management, inventory management, or store operations will be an advantage.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a small team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory records and stock management.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks efficiently.

Work Details

• Position: Warehouse Manager
• Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹16,000/- per month In-Hand + Performance Bonus
