1.Position: MotherTeacher

Experience: 1+ years

Qualification: Any Degree ,PPTTC , or B.Ed. is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

Mother Teacher Responsibilities – Recruitment

Prepare and implement daily and weekly lesson plans as per the curriculum.

Teach lessons using age-appropriate and engaging methods.

Manage the classroom and maintain discipline.

Monitor students’ academic progress, behaviour, and participation.

Provide individual attention and support when needed.

Communicate with parents about students’ progress and development.

Maintain attendance, assessment records, and other class documentation.

Organize classroom activities and encourage students’ overall development.

2.Position: Middle School Social Studies Teacher

Experience: 3+ years

Qualification: Any Degree ,B.Ed. is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

- Teach Social Studies to middle school students effectively and engagingly.

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.

- Explain concepts clearly using appropriate teaching methodologies and activities.

- Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide timely feedback.

- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

- Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and active participation.

- Maintain accurate academic records and complete assigned documentation.

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress when required.

- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and other academic activities.

- Follow the school’s academic policies, curriculum, and administrative guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Middle School Social Studies.

- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.

- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.

- Ability to use innovative and activity-based teaching methods.

- Passionate, responsible, punctual, and committed to teaching.
