We're looking for a creative professional with strong hands-on expertise in both Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop. This role requires editing engaging YouTube videos as well as creating high-quality thumbnails and graphics. Candidates must be equally confident in video editing and graphic design.

Responsibilities:

• Edit YouTube videos, voiceovers, interviews, podcasts, and reels using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, banners, and social media creatives using Adobe Photoshop.
• Add motion graphics, titles, subtitles, transitions, and branding elements.
• Enhance audio quality and synchronize voiceovers.
• Organize project files and deliver content within deadlines.
• Collaborate with the content team to improve viewer engagement.

Requirements :

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)
• Experience editing YouTube or social media content.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.
• Ability to create high-CTR YouTube thumbnails.
• Good understanding of Telugu.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
