Job Title: Healthcare – Semi Voice Process Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Salary Package: Up to 3 LPA

Shift Timings: Night Shift

Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Fixed Week Offs

Transportation: 2-Way Cab Facility Provided

Eligibility Criteria·       Only Graduates can apply

·       Freshers & Experienced in any up to 2 years

·       Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory

·       Basic knowledge of healthcare process/customer handling is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities·       Contact doctors and healthcare providers regarding patient-related information and process updates

·       Resolve customer and healthcare-related queries through calls and semi-voice support

·       Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution

·       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and healthcare updates

·       Provide prompt and professional support to customers regarding healthcare services

·       Handle queries with empathy and maintain high customer satisfaction

·       Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines

·       Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with customers and doctors

Required Skills·       Good verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

·       Ability to work in rotational/night shifts

·       Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

·       Team handling and coordination skills are preferred
