Role Summary

We're looking for a target-driven Telesales Executive to convert inbound and outbound leads into campus visits and admissions. You'll be the first voice a parent or student hears from Nano — your job is to build trust fast and move them toward enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on leads generated via Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, walk-in enquiries, and field agent referrals
• Schedule and confirm campus visits / counselling sessions with parents and students
• Maintain accurate, updated records of every call and lead status in the CRM (no skipped follow-ups)
• Meet daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets
• Handle objections around fees, location, and competitor comparisons confidently
• Escalate high-intent or stuck leads to senior counselors/Centre Director per follow-up protocol
• Re-engage cold or dormant leads through scheduled follow-up cycles
• Coordinate with field agents and closers during admission drive periods
