Job Title: Sales Associate – Lending Process
Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Lending team. This role involves
handling customer interacƟons over calls, explaining loan products, collecƟng required informaƟon, and
supporƟng customers throughout the loan applicaƟon process.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing high call volumes, maintaining accurate records, and
ensuring a smooth and Ɵmely customer experience. This posiƟon requires strong communicaƟon skills,
convincing ability, aƩenƟon to detail, and the capability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key ResponsibiliƟes
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan products and services.
• Clearly explain loan details including eligibility, loan amount, tenure, interest rates, and process steps.
• Understand customer requirements and effecƟvely communicate product benefits.
• Use strong convincing and negoƟaƟon skills to address concerns and encourage applicaƟon compleƟon.
• Collect customer informaƟon and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
• Guide customers on required documentaƟon and applicaƟon procedures.
• Follow up with customers to complete applicaƟons and resolve pending requirements.
• Address customer queries and provide Ɵmely updates on applicaƟon status.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interacƟons, and sales acƟviƟes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applicaƟons.
• Meet assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines.
Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualificaƟon; graduaƟon preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lending process is preferred.
• Strong verbal and wriƩen communicaƟon skills.
• Good convincing and persuasion skills.
• Good organizaƟonal and mulƟtasking abiliƟes.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong aƩenƟon to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
