Telesales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

* Call existing and potential customers to promote products and services  

* Record customer purchase orders accurately and process all purchases  

* Generate promising leads for the outside sales team  

* Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services  

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business  

* Use company-provided sales scripts to handle customer objections and drive sales  

* Develop product knowledge to recommend suitable products based on customer needs  

* Consistently achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets

Must have:

* Graduate or equivalent degree  

* 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in telesales (English voice process) with experience in outbound and inbound calling  

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

* Languages: Telugu, English, Hindi  

* Age not more than 33 years  

* Work schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off and rotational day shifts
