Telesales Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Telesales Executive to handle sales of Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Home Loans.

• The role involves contacting potential customers, understanding their financial needs, collecting required documents, and converting leads into successful loan disbursals.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products (Business Loan, LAP, Home Loan)
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Guide customers through the loan application process ,collect, verify, and follow up on required documentation
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster processing
• Ensure timely conversion of leads into loan disbursals
• Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
