Job Description
We're looking for confident, well-spoken Telecaller Executives to call leads, explain our services, and turn interested prospects into customers or booked appointments.
Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls a day to leads from the database, portals, and campaigns
- Handle incoming enquiry calls and answer customer questions clearly
- Explain services and offers, and schedule meetings or site visits
- Follow up with interested leads by phone and WhatsApp
- Update call status and lead details in the CRM or Excel every day
- Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team on time
Requirements
- 12th pass or any graduate
- Good communication in Telugu and Hindi, plus basic English
- Comfortable with calling, targets, and follow-ups
- Basic smartphone and computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets)
- Polite, patient, and persuasive
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
