Telecalling Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Junior Admission Counsellors . The role involves data calling, student counselling, lead follow-up, and admission conversion.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting students from the company-provided database, understanding their study-abroad requirements, explaining suitable options, and guiding them through the admission process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to students from the provided database.
• Introduce study-abroad opportunities and generate student interest.
• Understand students' academic background, career goals, preferred country, course, and budget.
• Counsel students on suitable universities, courses, intakes, fees, scholarships, and eligibility.
• Follow up regularly with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, student requirements, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Collect required student documents and coordinate with the admissions/operations team.
• Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
• Build good relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, counselling, follow-up, and admission targets.
• Stay updated about university courses, admission requirements, and study-abroad processes.
• RequirementsFreshers are welcome to apply.
• Any degree qualification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
• Willingness to make daily outbound calls.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or education is an advantage but not mandatory.
