Telecalling Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our interiors sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, fixing appointments, and supporting the sales team in customer engagement activities.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation
• Handle inbound enquiries and explain company services
• Fix appointments for customers with sales executives/designers
• Perform regular follow-ups with interested customers
• Maintain customer database and update CRM records
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant information
• Coordinate with sales and design teams for smooth customer handling
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
• Ensure professional and positive communication with customers
