Telecalling Executive

A Tele caller for a resort is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting inquiries into confirmed room and event bookings, and explaining stay packages, pricing, and resort amenities to potential guests. They play a vital role in generating revenue and ensuring excellent customer service.

Lead Generation & Sales

• Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle inquiries from prospective guests and make proactive calls to existing or potential customers.
• Pitch Packages: Explain available resort Weekend offers/ packages (e.g., day outings, weekend getaways, and stay packages) to generate customer interest.
• Lead Conversion: Persuade and guide leads through the sales funnel to close bookings securely.
• Cross-selling & Upselling: Recommend additional resort services like spa treatments, adventure activities, or dining packages to maximize revenue.
• Calls attending times 8 am to 8 pm
• Office timings: 10.30 am to 6.30 pm
