Job Description

  • Skills & Qualifications12th pass / Graduate in any discipline preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support.
  • Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Basic knowledge of solar, inverter, battery, or UPS products is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
  • Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
  • Target-oriented, confident, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple language.
  • Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu would be an advantage for Hyderabad/Telangana-based sales.
