Position: Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with prospective students, explain our Digital Marketing courses, and generate admissions leads.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.

Explain Digital Marketing courses, fees, schedules, and benefits.

Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.

Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information.

Schedule counseling sessions and walk-ins for interested candidates.

Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and admission targets.

Handle candidate queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Update CRM and lead tracking sheets regularly.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Eligibility

Intermediate, Any Degree, or Graduates.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an added advantage.
