Job Description
Lead and supervise the telecalling/counselling team.
Monitor daily team performance and target achievement.
Handle patient inquiries and appointments.
Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with management for operational requirements.
Requirements
Any Graduate.
1–3 years of experience as Team Leader/Senior Executive.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to manage and achieve team targets.
