Telecaller / Instagram Response Executive – Furniture & Furnishings (Hyderabad)

We're hiring a Telecaller cum Social Media Response Executive to handle incoming enquiries — over phone and Instagram/WhatsApp — for both furniture (sofas, beds, dining sets, recliners, etc.) and furnishings (curtains, blinds, wallpapers), and ensure timely follow-up until the enquiry closes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to Instagram DMs and comments across both furniture and furnishings enquiries
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for furniture and furnishings customers
• Follow up consistently with leads who haven't yet purchased or confirmed
• Share correct product info, pricing, and showroom details depending on category (furniture vs. furnishings)
• Schedule showroom visits or free home visits (for blinds/wallpaper measurements) and coordinate with the sales/installation team
• Maintain a daily log of leads by category, conversation status, and follow-up stage
• Coordinate with the design/sales team to convert enquiries into confirmed orders
