Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and generate leads
- Follow up with existing customers
- Explain our products and offers
- Maintain call records in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the sales team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and/or English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply)
