• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Job Responsibilities Make outgoing calls to customers and follow up on leads.
• Explain company products and services to potential customers.
• Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Enter and update customer details in the company system.
• Maintain customer records, lead status, and follow-up details.
• Perform basic computer work, data entry, and email handling.
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the sales team.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
• Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.
• Basic typing and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work with CRM/software systems.
• Good customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Working Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned daily calling and system tasks on time.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Follow company procedures and reporting formats.
• Maintain proper attendance and work discipline.
• Submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.
