Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive

Company: Fusion Salon and Spa

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries.
  • Explain salon, beauty and spa services.
  • Share service details and offers through WhatsApp.
  • Schedule customer appointments.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain customer contact details and booking records.
  • Encourage customers to visit the salon.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Telugu, Hindi and basic English preferred.
  • Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month + incentives.
