Telecaller

About the Role  

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers to join F7 Healthcare pvt ltd. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and supporting our sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities 

- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain F7 Healthcare services/products  

- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team  

- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls to convert leads and ensure customer satisfaction  

- Query Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about services  

- Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in CRM with call details and feedback  

- Reporting: Submit daily call reports and share customer insights with the team  

#### Requirements  

- Education: 12th pass/Graduate in any discipline  

- Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu. 

- Qualities: Clear speech, active listening, patience, and persuasive skills  

- Technical: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools  

- Experience: Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred but not mandatory  

- Other: Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
