Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Female Telecallers for our growing real estate company located in Madhura Nagar, Hyderabad. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain real estate projects and offers clearly
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule site visits
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Build good relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support
- Good communication skills in Telugu and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
