Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers ,

Provide information about services and customer support.

Generate leads, follow up on customer inquiries,

Maintain strong customer relationships,

Accurately update customer records and

Achieve assigned performance and sales through effective communication.

Explain company projects and property details.

Schedule site visits for interested clients.

Follow up with customers and maintain records in Excel/CRM.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
